PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee covers all scientific and social programs and coffee/tea during the coffee breaks. Please note that lunch is not included. The evening event is included only for participants registered under the category that includes it.

Online Participation – New in 2027
For the first time ever, the Puijo Symposium can also be experienced online!
Remote participants will receive a personal link to follow the four days of lectures and award ceremonies live from the symposium venue.
While the unique, warm atmosphere of Puijo Symposium is best experienced in person, the online option offers an excellent opportunity to be part of the event when travel to Kuopio isn’t possible.
Please note that remote attendees cannot take part in competitions or submit abstracts, nor will they have access to the evening program or the Wednesday poster session.

Registration fee for online from 1.1.2027: 365€
CANCELLATIONS
Refund will be paid, if provided written cancellation is received before May 29, 2027. Processing fee of 20 % will be charged for those cancellations.
No refunds can be paid after May 29, 2027.
TIME SCEDULE
Deadline for abstracts February 28, 2027
(Ralph S. Paffenbarger Jr. Poster Award and Martti J. Karvonen Young Investigator Award).
Notification of the acceptance will be made by March 31, 2027.
